Papale, who stood 6-foot 2-inches and weighed 195 pounds, made the team, becoming the oldest rookie in NFL history. He played three seasons with the Eagles (1976-78) as a special teams player and wide receiver, and was voted Special Team Captain by his teammates. In 2006, Disney released a movie about Vince's story entitled "Invincible," starring Mark Wahlberg as Papale.
